How do I know what Service(s) to book?

Please read through our Service Menu Options under the SERVICES tab. If you still have questions about which service type to choose please text us at 507-287-9049 and we will be happy to offer a virtual consult!

How do I know if my online booking went through?

​

You will receive an automated text message from our software system confirming the date and time of your appointment. The initial confirmation will be sent within minutes of making the appointment and then you will also get reminder text messages 5 days prior to the appointment and again 48 hours prior asking you to confirm. Please confirm your appointment so that your stylist knows you are receiving the reminders. 

Why do I need to enter a credit card in order to book an appointment?

A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. You won't need to pay with this card at the time of the appointment but it will be used in the event of a Late Notice Cancellation or No Call/No Show. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for reschedules or cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will result in $25 being charged to the card on file. No Call/No Shows will be charged $35 PER service booked to the card on file. *fees may vary for independant stylists.

How should I go about changing or cancelling an appointment?

The automated text reminders that you receive about upcoming appointments come from numbers that cannot be replied to. If you need to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment please do so by logging into your Vagaro Account, contacting your stylist directly or texting the Elevate Salon line.

What is your Cancellation Policy? 

​

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for changes, reschedules or cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will result in $25 being charged to the card on file. No Call/No Shows will be charged $35 PER service booked to the card on file. *fees may vary for independant stylists. This applies to appointment changes as well, for instance changing a Color and Haircut appointment to just a Haircut upon arrival will result in a $25 Late Change fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it is considered a No Show and we will need to cancel or reschedule your appointmeand the $35 will apply.

What is your Refund/Return Policy? 

​

We do not offer any refunds on hair services. If you are unhappy with your service please let your stylist know directly. 

Retail products have a 21 day return window from the date of purchase and will be returned to the original form of payment.

Should I arrive to my appointment with clean or dirty hair?

​

Please show up to your appointment with clean, dry hair if you are receiving a color service. It is important that the hair not have a build-up of styling aides, chlorine or oil when performing any color service. This will ensure the best results! We recommend washing within 12-24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If your stylist needs to wash and dry your hair prior to starting,  an additional charge will be added

Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?

We know it can be difficult to find child care but we  kindly ask that you not bring along children to your appointments with you out of respect for our other guests as well as safety reasons. Our salon is full of sharp & hot tools and your stylist can't focus on your hair if they are worrying about keeping your kids safe. If both parent and child are receiving services with the same stylist we request that you book them at separate times to avoid young children being left unattended. 

Why isn't the salon returning my phone call sooner?

We do our best to keep up with client communication throughout the day but our stylists are generally with clients while in the salon. Text messaging is  our preferred method of communication as this makes it easier to forward the message onto the appropriate stylist. We recommend you book your appointment online to secure your preferred day/time in the quickest manner possible. Calls will be returned within 2 business days with the exception of holidays and weekends. If the message is urgent, please contact your stylist directly.
